Our system does not have access to your website or any of your applications. This prevents any breach of your systems through LoanFront. Our systems remove personal data after you have downloaded it- which lowers our target value to potential hackers and minimizes the damage any attack could do. We also will not authorize any password resets etc. by telephone, preventing any social-phishing attempts.
Our security policy was created in accordance with regulations set by leading institutions such as the FDIC, the OTS, HUD, FNMA, FHLMC, the FFIEC and the Center for Internet Security(CIS). Once the loan application is complete, you keep that information in your own secure systems.
We have also taken into consideration the requirements from the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, including the Safeguards Rule and the Disposal Rule requirements to protect nonpublic personal information. These strong preventative measures deliver the safe and secure environment your business and your customers demand.
